Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CraftyAI, including image generation, image editing, video generation, assets, galleries, account balances, and related features.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, the activity under your account, and keeping your login credentials secure. You must not use another person's account without permission.
2. Credits, Billing, and Payments
CraftyAI may charge credits or money for generated images, edited images, generated video seconds, and other paid features. Prices shown in the app apply at the time you start an action. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider, and their terms may also apply.
Credits are not a bank account, stored-value account, or cash equivalent. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, credits and completed generation charges are non-refundable.
3. User Content and Generated Output
You may upload prompts, images, assets, and other content. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to upload and use that content. Subject to these Terms, you may use the images and videos generated for your account, but you are responsible for checking whether your intended use is lawful and appropriate.
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other content. We do not guarantee that output will be unique, error-free, suitable for a specific purpose, or free from third-party claims.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CraftyAI to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:
- is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- contains sexual content involving minors or exploits vulnerable people;
- impersonates people or misleads others in a harmful way;
- attempts to bypass security, rate limits, payment systems, or usage restrictions;
- contains malware, phishing, spam, or other abusive technical behavior.
5. Storage and Availability
CraftyAI may store account data, balances, transactions, uploaded assets, and generated media. Storage is provided for convenience and is not guaranteed to be permanent. You should keep your own copies of important images, videos, and account records.
6. Service Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, models, prices, limits, or availability at any time. We may also remove content or restrict accounts if we believe these Terms were violated or if required to protect the service or comply with law.
7. No Warranties
CraftyAI is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect results, data retention, compatibility with your workflow, or that generated output will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftyAI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using CraftyAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use the service unlawfully.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of CraftyAI after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
